Our projects have included

• COMIDA (Chukchi Offshore Monitoring in Drilling Area), broad-scale aerial surveys in the Chukchi Sea Planning Area.
• BWASP (Bowhead Whale Aerial Survey Project), broad-scale aerial surveys targeting bowhead whales in the Beaufort Sea.
• BOSS (Bering Okhotsk Seal Survey), joint US-Russian aerial survey project, the mission of which was to establish an initial baseline abundance estimate of ice-associated seals in the Bering and Okhotsk seas using both thermal and standard imaging technologies.
• US Fish and Wildlife Service walrus tagging support.
• USGS walrus tagging support.
• Population estimate of sea otters in southeast Alaska, Kachemak Bay, Prince William Sound, Kodiak Island and Katmai National Park.
• Aerial surveys of freshwater harbor seals in Iliamna Lake.
• Beluga whale abundance surveys of Cook Inlet.
